We are a music school for all ages, so we have a tendency not to do all the explicit lyrics, though I don't hardcore police it either

I actually don't know how to do that, despite my abilities in making guitar covers. Last time I did a Karaoke (Existentialism on Prom Night) I did it by replaying all the instruments and creating my own instrumental that way

but obviously that takes a lot of time

it's definitely a really cool trem pedal

@@yksushi one of the things I know very little about with the GR55 so far is how you edit it. I've been almost exclusively using the presets as-is. I wish I had more time to spend with it; I run a school with 800 students and 12 student bands....so I make a lot of videos reviewing the gear I (fortunately) have the budget to purchase for the school, but not always a lot of time to deep-dive into the particularities of some of the gear that is harder to figure out or more idiosyncratically designed

In general you want the strobe squares to stay in place during sustain. I've observed (through years of tuning guitars) that the lower strings in particular can vary in tuning at the moment of attack (especially if you are picking too hard)

Check out my other video about setting up this guitar for slide work using a nut extender. In the past, I always felt quite frustrated trying to learn slide on guitars with normal action and this guitar was the same.... Until the nut extender! Since then I've been playing this guitar as a lap steel with a tone bar and I've been loving the experience. Thanks for checking out the video and commenting

I would certainly think so. This band is a great example of keyboards and keytar use in a metal context. Though admittedly her keytar looks a bit cooler than the RK-100S. ruclips.net/video/vSW5gBfdR_8/видео.html especially around 1:29

It was hand wired / made by Chris Hart of Hart Handcrafted Instruments. i.e. not something mass produced. Definitely way better than the original one.

thanks for watching and commenting on this video. I hadn't noticed a weight issue with the xtSA I have; I have so many different guitars I think I've transcended the differing weights issues. I dont often play the same guitar for long LOL.

that's a fair critique and I'll try to keep that in mind for future demos

can you clarify why? like was it recording volume? talking too fast? EQ? I was born with a cleft lip and palate so while I dodged the speech therapy bullet as a kid, that most kids with clefts have to go through, I dont always have the best diction; it's something I struggle with. But I take it as a win that I've faced up to self-criticalness and routinely make videos where I have to listen to myself talk repeatedly as I edit.
